Shimanek Bridge Farm

We produce rotationally grazed, grass-fed and finished beef, goat and pasture raised pork on 50 acres in the heart of the Willamette Valley near Scio, Oregon. Our products are available year round and we sell by whole, half and quarter but also by individual cut, with products available for pickup at the farm.
