Marshall's Haute Sauce

We source all of our hot sauce ingredients from local Portland-area farmers and other artisan producers in NW Oregon and SW Washington, and our desire to play a positive role in our local food system is at the heart of everything we do. We make hot sauce in tiny batches to ensure the quality of every single jar and we do not work with co-packers. Keeping our business small and local and making everything ourselves has enabled us to stay directly connected to the community of farmers, makers, restaurateurs and food-lovers that make Portland such an exciting place to be. We're inspired everyday by our fellow community members, and we're so grateful to be able to share our passion with you in the form of our fresh, unique, seasonally-inspired sauces.
