Fair Valley Farm

Fair Valley Farm is a diversified livestock farm, focusing on raising grass-fed and pasture-raised beef, pork, lamb, chicken and turkey. It was started by two former city kids from Texas, turned farmers, after having learned about the state of our food system and the negative impact it was having on animals, the environment and our nation (and world for that matter).

At Fair Valley Farm, we work hard to raise our animals in the best way we know how, allowing them to express their natural tendencies and enjoy life outdoors on pasture. We use farming practices that are regenerative to the land and require much lower inputs of fossil fuels than conventional farming methods. The result is delicious, healthy and nutritionally dense meat and poultry that you can feel good about eating.
