Hazelnut Hill Orchard and Store

Ryan and Rachel Henderson own and operate Hazelnut Hill, which includes a hazelnut tree nursery, orchard and hazelnut processing facility along with hazelnut roasting and candy-making on-site, complete with a gift shop and mail order distribution. It is located in the fertile Willamette Valley near Eugene, Oregon. In 2016, the pair bought the commercial confectionary and top-notch roasting equipment. All hazelnuts are grown on the 400 acres that Ryan and Rachel call home. Each order is roasted on demand, and candy is handmade in a commercial-grade kitchen. Rachel tests and develops all recipes – always in search of fresh, mouth-watering combinations of hazelnuts and chocolate. This tree-to-table approach provides Hazelnut Hill customers with high-quality, delicious nut-based products with a full chain of control that assures source and sustainability.
