Wild Yeast Bakery
We started an artisan bakery focused on using local, organic, whole grains out of a home kitchen in 2013, supported by community subscriptions. Our bread and pastries are crafted with care, whole grains, and long fermentation with our happy, bubbly sourdough starters.We are proud to be a part of the vibrant local food system, sourcing flour from Camas Country Mill, ingredients from our neighbors at the Corvallis-Albany Farmers' markets, and organic coffee from Pastega Coffee Roasters right down the street.Find our bread at restaurants in Corvallis and Albany and at both First Alternative Co-Op grocery stores. You'll have to visit us at the farmers' markets or our downtown bakery cafe to try our pastries!
