Topaz Farm

Topaz Farm is a working, no-spray regenerative farm on Sauvie Island, 12 miles from downtown Portland featuring the island's largest farm market. The farm is open seasonally from May to October.

Resident Farm to Plate Chefs Christian and Janelle Ephrem bring their Michelin Star kitchen experience to the farm's massive, historic 400 year old oak tree for public and private culinary experiences. Longtime Portland Chef, Paula Marcus, oversees the farm's daily grill and market food. Come explore the farm, eat, drink and take home delights – all grown on the farm or hyper-locally sourced.
