Leaping Lamb Farm

We raise Katahdin-Dorper lamb, selling both whole and USDA by-the-cut, directly from our farm. These are hair sheep bred specifically for their meat, with a mild flavor. Cuts tend to be smaller but with up to 30% less fat than wool breeds. Grazed on our pastures year round, feed is supplemented with grass hay throughout the winter. Our breeding ewes are gentle and good mothers with little assistance needed for birthing or raising of their lambs. We offer a farm stay and tours if folks are interested in our farming operation.
