My husband and I have 45 acres of pasture/farmland just outside of Dallas, OR. We pasture raise pigs, cows and chickens from start to finish using clean practices; no antibiotics, no added hormones, no confinement. Each animal is fed an appropriate diet for their species; cows get grass, hay and other forages, pigs get pasture in addition to a daily ration of grain, vitamins and minerals. Chickens are also pastured and receive a mixed grain ration fortified with vitamins and minerals. On occasion we also bring apples or grapes from our "no spray" orchard trees and vines.Find us at Salem or Corvallis farmers' markets, or call us to arrange on-farm pickup. Online sales coming soon.
