Located on 2 1/2 acres between Redmond and Bend along the Deschutes River, these delicate caps and stems are kept in pristine condition on their short journey from farm to table. These flavorful and nutritionally packed mushrooms are available year-round.Please visit my booth at the Downtown Bend Farmers Market on Wednesday's starting in May and the Northwest Crossing Saturday Market starting in June.
