Western Skies Cattle Ranch
We raise the beef as grass fed with a grain finish, and the animals are on pasture generally from April through mid-November. They spend the winter months in a heavy use area with 5 acres pasture and a barn to sleep in.
Our business is custom cut beef on the quarter, half or whole. We use Steve's Custom Meats out of Lebanon for butchering.
